The maximum occupancy is 14 people and four cars, strictly enforced 24/7. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise may result in fines of up to $2,000 and potential eviction. Additionally, smoking is prohibited on the premises.
Parking: There is free parking available for up to four vehicles.
